They reported that a wrecked sprayer was missing a wheel on 190th St between D Ave & E Ave and they needed the assistance of a heavy machinery transport team.

After contacting the deputies on the scene for more information the heavy machinery transport company dispatched a rotator, service truck, heavy duty rollback, and an integrated wrecker to the location.

Upon arrival, the heavy machinery transport crew was met with a light duty towing company that had also reported to the scene. This company removed a Jeep from the scene clearing the way for Baker & Baker to begin their recovery.

Using the rotator, they removed the hoses from the hub and lifted the tire and hub assembly onto the rollback. The heavy machinery transport crew then rigged the unit for recovery from the ditch using the rotator and the integrated wrecker. The front of the machine was lifted with the integrated wrecker while the rear of the machine was lifted and rotated out of the ditch onto the road using the rotator.

Once on the road, the heavy machinery transport crew hooked the integrated unit to the integrated wrecker for the tow from the scene. They then removed the right front tire from the unit and pulled the dead axles from the planetary drives on the rear to free-wheel the unit for the tow.

Using front and rear escorts for safety, the heavy machinery transport team towed the unit to Hamburg for storage. Upon arrival at the Benefiel yard, the crew blocked up the front end and unhooked it from the wrecker. To complete the heavy machinery transport job, the team unloaded the wheels off the rollback and placed them in the storage yard.
